Product Quantities Available: Catalog brochures are sold in bundles of 25 each. Thus, a quantity of one (bundle) means you have purchased 25 brochures. The non-brochure products are sold in individual quantities. Thus, a quantity of one means you have purchased one copy only. Single copies of individual brochures may be purchased by mail order only at a price of $0.25 each plus shipping costs and any applicable sales tax. Please contact PAM by e-mail or by telephone for more information.

Currency Accepted: The store accepts payment in United States currency only. Purchasers from outside the United States will need to tender payment in US dollars. PAM does not pay any monetary conversion fees for converting foreign currency into US dollars.

Orders and Shipping Costs: The shop is set up to accept orders and calculate shipping costs to locations in the United States only. The shop check-out process calculates sales tax for Virginia customers. If you have a Virginia Department of Taxation sales tax exemption certification, PAM will need to receive a copy of the certification before any orders can be exempted from Virginia sales tax. You may send a copy of your certification to PAM either by fax or mail.

Non-U.S.A. Orders: Orders for customers outside the United States are not automatically processed through the shop and need to be placed by telephone or e-mail in order that you may be provided with correct shipping costs. You may tender payment (in US dollars) to PAM by mail or by online use of the Paypal account of the company.

Shipping Options: The shop is set up to calculate shipments based on United States Media Mail rates. If you have an emergency and desire the products shipped another way, please contact PAM to discuss options available to you and to obtain the correct shipping fee.
