• Orders
  
  Orders are not binding until accepted by PAM. PAM will notify you of receipt of an order. Orders processed through the website ecommerce store will only be accepted from purchasers in the United States. If you are ordering from other locations, please contact PAM for shipping information. Once an order has been made, processed and products shipped, the order is final and cannot be canceled by you. All products are shipped FOB PAM’s location in Mechanicsville, Virginia. PAM reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for any reason until the order is finalized, and PAM may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. PAM may limit items purchased per party, per address, per order, or per account. Payment is due prior to processing orders, and your credit card will be charged at least 24 hours prior to the shipment of the product ordered. PAM may permit orders for products that are not available for shipping until a later date, and PAM will notify you when such preorders or product reservations are being accepted. No purchases may be made for resale and no license is granted hereunder for selling PAM products. • Shipping Fees and Taxes
  
  Prices are in United States dollars and payment is to be in United States dollars. Shipping fees are additional charges. Sales and/or use tax applies to products billed to or shipped to Virginia. Orders are delivered via the United States Postal Service to the delivery address(es) that you entered during the order entry processing. Other shipping methods may be available as indicated by PAM. Please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping of your order. If a product is needed on an expedited basis please contact PAM at contact@postabortionministries.com in order that PAM may work with you to meet your needs.
  
  
• Refunds and Exchanges
  
  If PAM is unable to ship merchandise ordered by the estimated shipping date provided, PAM will provide a revised shipping date. You may either accept the revised shipping date or cancel the order and receive a prompt refund by contacting PAM at contact@postabortionministries.com. Until you contact PAM to cancel the order, you will be deemed to elect to accept the revised shipping date; provided, that if you have not contacted PAM within thirty (30) days of PAM providing the revised shipping date, then PAM will consider your order canceled and will refund your payment.
  
  No refunds shall be given for any other reason. PAM maintains the highest product quality, however defects in production and damage in shipping may occur. If you receive a damaged product, PAM will replace the damaged or defective product only if you notify PAM in writing within 30 days of the original shipping date. PAM will ship a replacement product only upon receipt of the returned damaged product which must be received by PAM within 30 days of your written notice. Contact PAM at contact@postabortionministries.com for information to return damaged or defective products. PAM shall have no liability, and your sole and exclusive remedy, under this warranty is replacement of the defective or damaged product. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Termination of Privileges

PAM reserves the right to terminate your privilege of using all or any portion of the website if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions of Use. PAM may terminate your access to the website, including any or all of your privileges or accounts established in connection with the website, if PAM receives notice or otherwise discovers that you have posted material that infringes another party’s copyright or trademark rights or violates another party’s rights of privacy or publicity, or for any reason.
